Big Brother is all over for now! Terri has taken out BB08. Gratz to Terri. Gratz to Rory and Ben as well.
One thing I want to mention was the fact that they wanted to show voting percentages with faces only once, but then they decided to show them again. This changed the voting, against Ben’s favour. I thought showing the faces was unnecessary and probably showing them twice helped Terri win the money. Speculation on forums say that the shows being bias to Terri. Maybe it has been but the voting percentages and faces shouldn’t have been shown.
Last year for BB on Channel Ten. I guess we will see BB somewhere on Aussie TV in the near future. Thanks to http://www.bigbrother.com.au for provision of all images used in my posts. Thanks to the show for hosting another successful season. I enjoyed it alot. Will be the most memorable of course.
Sorry for not reporting Day 80 but BB is just getting a bit boring now.
The housemates wanted to get Terri a care package since she missed out during the vending machine opportunity. So Alice Rory Travis and Ben worked for her package, by deceiving Terri into thinking it was National Nanna Day. They had to iron a basket each without her knowing. Alice and Rory were first ironing, with Ben helping with folding, Travis distracting Terri with a Breakfast in Bed. Soon they got all four baskets done, went to diary room but BB noticed they didn’t have their Ironman clothes on! No care package!
Next attempt was a play based on this week’s theme ‘Iron man.’ Alice was the ‘damsel in distress’ being saved by Ben and Rory. Travis was dressing up as a woman, very well in his character. BB needed Terri to say she enjoyed the play to get her care package back, but Terri didn’t know they were doing this play for the care package. Luckily they succeeded 🙂

This week’s task is ‘Iron Man.’ I don’t know how it turned into an acutally ironing task! A whole bunch of clothes on the ground in the backyard and each housemates must iron and fold one basket of clothes during a specified time. Terri and Ben were first up, whilst the others were sorting through the clothes. Travis playing dress ups, allowing his hairy shorts to show.
Rory and his food grenade. Spinach,peas and beans for dinner! And BB even takes away Rory’s earlier prepared cheese salami bun snack! Mean! At least it’s better than eating Travis’s cooking. Burning broccoli and cauliflower while cooking…right. And then burning garlic bread, when you just put it in the oven. FAIL! After cooking for 3hours, Travis brings out the meal, denying he scraped the black off the garlic bread!
To keep the housemates entertained, BB gave the housemates a speed dating task. They had 3 minutes to introduce themselves to Big Brother…yea….Ben and Travis were kinda eager to have Big Brother for themselves, unlike Rory, who is like ‘Sorry Big Brother, I love ladies, do you want me to get you kleenex?’ Alice was imaginative in using the letters in her name to describe her self. ‘Active’ indeed, when you abuse the treadmill every second of the day!
So BB ended up picking Alice and wasn’t their date interesting…While Alice is eating her food, BB asks her such a tricky question. ‘Why do you think you’re single?’ and she said she thinks about that and asked if BB ever thinks about why he’s single. ‘No’…what a cold response. Then a romantic dance with some nice music. Naughty BB…first date and his hands were ‘wandering’ to Alice’s booty. Alice kept looking up and down as if BB grows tall and then suddenly shrinks. LOL. But the dance was ended with Alice being ‘spun out’. The date didn’t seem to go so well as BB ended the night telling Alice ‘Don’t be offended if BB does not call tomorrow, BB has a busy schedule.’ HAHA…what a guy.
Haven’t seen Big Brother for a while and the house has changed so much! Pamela Anderson rocking things up with housemates. With her last visit to the house, she bears gifts of photos! First time seeing these photos and I was amazed at how all the housemates looked in their photos (except for Travis). They all got autographs from Pamela. Terri got her name spelt wrong =( Pamela seems so down to earth, more real than the other housemates! As Pamela left the house, she accidentally said ‘mine’ part of a game from dinner where you must do 10 pushups if you say the word ‘mine.’ It was hilarious seeing her do 10 pushups because it would’ve been hard!
Slumber Party after Pamela left. Big Teddies, Blankets, Pillows, PJ’s, with food and cold rock icecream!! How fun!! Everyone got involved into pillow fights! Time came for Ben to leave the slumber party, BB allowing him to take a Teddy, which he didn’t even take!! But he took blankets. During the party, Cherry got asked about Brigitte and if they could pursue a relationship outside the house. Yes he said, and I would also imagine yes.
Silent Disco Task took most of the weekend away for the housemates. Good for some as it actually gave them something to do. Housemates dressed up into disco costumes and then stood on their on dancing disks. They had sunglasses blindfolds and mp3 players to put on. The housemate who dances the longest gets a package from home. So the housemates danced. Not good dancing! Terri’s a legend, dancing without music the whole time. Cherry danced too hard and was disqualified for stepping off his disc. So then he decided to sabotage the other housemates. Placed farm animals around. Put random stuff (pumpkin soup, onion,garlic,tuna) into their bottles of water. Hilarious when Travis drank the pumpkin soup water. Ben then fell off trying to do some tricky move o_o. More sabotaging, as they place moisturizer on the discs to make it slippery. They probably chucked sauce on the housemates, saw some brown stains on Alice. Terri was the next to fall! More sabotaging as Terri pours water into a bucket to make it sound like piss…no one can hear it Terri! BB disqualified Travis for standing not dancing. Then Rory and Alice, danced for 10hours straight, and for health reasons, BB declared it a tie. Woot! Rory wins for once!!
As predicted, Cherry is evicted with a whopping 50% of votes! Cherry played the game hard! Cherry is to blame for Nobbi’s downfall. We get revenge at last muahaha. Now that Brigitte and Cherry are out, they can do whatever they like. Kyle kept pushing them to do something, and something probably will happen between the two. There’s always a couple from Big Brother, and I’m sure they both will be.

Okay, let’s get into it. The housemates are yelling out their goodbyes to Bianca after she’s evicted and Ben decides to comment to Rori that the crows are dying..dying..dying and the blonde mice are ruling the house. Then he gets slightly annoyed at Alice for getting saved four times and Rori says that there’s nothing they can do about it but Ben says that there is something we can do…if you know what I mean. Oooo…big no no, he got busted by BB since it was suggestive of nominations so he got warned and threatened with a second strike.
Bianca’s fairwell message and hand grenade. To Brigitte, GET WITH CHERRY. Yes, we all agree. Those two need to take it to the next level. But on with the grenade. Bianca says that Ben is the worst spooner ever. He’s a rotten spooner so she’s gonna give him the wooden spoon. No, it doesn’t mean he has to spoon with a housemate every night, although that would have been good to see as Alice and Terri are the only female housemates that aren’t taken. Could’ve seen some nanna action. But now, Ben is the house cook with the kitchen slackers Travis, Brigitte and Cherry being the only ones that can assist Ben. So this means the housemates will either have crap food or starve…lose, lose either way. Too bad 😛
Alice and Brigitte are talking in bed about Cherry and Eric (Brigitte’s outside ‘boyfriend’) and Alice asks her why she likes him and Brigitte replies by saying that she doesn’t know (that’s a great sign) and that she’s never been not without him for so long. So now it seems that Cherry has plopped into Eric’s place. They were kissing in bed after BB turned off the lights. Looks like they’ll take it up a notch bvery soon. Hey bk201, maybe if you hang around Brigitte long enough, you could be with her too.
Weekly task time. It’s paparazzi time. Everytime housemates here the sound of shouting paparazzi and cameras clicking, an image of a celebrity will be in the house somewhere. The two housemates on patrol are dressed in trenchcoats and carry a camera and will need to find the celebrity and take a picture within 90 seconds. Terri and Ben are first up and they struggled to find Brad Pitt in the wash-up area but thanks to Travis they found him. YAY.
Second up is Rori and Cherry. BB decides to make them go when Cherry was cuddling with Brigitte. What an evil person. Leave the two lovebirds alone. But they found the ‘Paris Hilton’ look-a-like (who I think looked a bit like Rihanna -the housemate) in the area where the prizes for the task usually are. However, Cherry said that she was hot and asked for her number. I think BB is purposely trying to break Cherry and Brigitte up.
So Ben gets bored…he starts chucking stuff at the water tank and BB tells him to not throw things at the water tank. 12 seconds later, naughty Ben accidently let something slip and actually broke the platic water level indicator of the water tank. He is in so much trouble now. Brigitte said that Big Brother is going to hate you now, if he didn’t already before. And so true…cause now he must make up for all the water that got wasted…4000LITRES. Ben suggests that he not flush when he goes to the toilet…EWWW. But BB has a much better idea. Until further notice, Ben is banned from the showers and must use a bucket of water to wash himself. LOOOL.
Big Brother started off nominations with a long-winded speech about nominating properly, frankly, honestly, blah blah blah. Alice nominated Cherry for 2 points at first because he wants to try and get Cherry into the Top 3 so that he can save himself cause he deserves it. BB replies with ‘That is ridiculous.’ ROFL. Owned Alice. So she ended up nominating Rori cause he was judging her about how she took the mole thing so seriously. So at the end of all this, we have four nominees: Cherry, Terri, Rori, and Ben. BUT, the nomination twist. Cherry exercises his power and who does who save? No prizes for guessing. Obviously himself, so Alice got her wish. The new nominees are as follows: Terri, Rori, Ben, Alice AND Brigitte. Typical that Travis didn’t get nominated. He hardly ever gets nomination points. I can so see him or nanna Terri winning this. My psychic predictions tell me that either Rori or Ben will go. Another of the black crows will fall.
