Not to me but my dear sister. Though her birthday should be special, she ended up waking up late, almost missing her lift to school and her exam!
When it is someone’s birthday, my parents ALWAYS bought the fruit cream cakes from the Chinese Bakery, but in the recent years, we’ve complained about the plain taste of them so lately we’ve been getting a variety of cakes. My mum bought this tiramisu cake from the Cheese Cake Shop for around $15.
Needless to say, the tiramisu cake was delicious.
I wonder if any of it will be left over tomorrow =o
About time Volume Four Fugitives ended. Worst Volume of Heroes ever! For those who dropped Heroes, here is what went down…

In case you didn’t understand that. Sylar has become Nathan Petrelli.I don’t understand why they couldn’t just inject some of Claire’s blood into Nathan’s dead body to revive him. Complete stupidity!?!? Though Sylar seems to be gone, he’ll probably be back to kill for moar abilities.
The sneak peek of Volume 5 reveals that Tracey Strauss will be the main villain. She resemble the characters of Liquid Snake or T-1000 from Terminator 2, having a liquid form plus being able to manipulate water. Should be an interesting Volume 5.
Will continue to watch for lulz.
A friend slipped me a link to this flash game. MyBrute is a game where players create a ‘brute’ to fight other brutes, gaining weapons, stats and skills. The fights are automated, meaning you cannot control your brute. So sit back and watch your brute hopefully knockout its opponent. As your brute continues to fight, it will gain exp, helping it to level up, gaining more skills, stats and weapons. You get the idea.

Life’s pretty straight without twisties. AHEM..
I mean these ones. Otherwise known as cheese twists, this simple snack is easily prepared under 20minutes, with a bare amount of ingredients,those being puff pastry, egg yolk and cheese.
You can always try the sweeter variety by switching the cheese with sugar, or you could experiment with other toppings. I add the sesame seeds because it is THE condiment for all food.
I changed the white balance for these next photos, so the twisties are considerably more golden in colour. Have I tempted anyone in making some now?
Now for those who want to make their food look much more scrumptious, I will write up a tutorial,so stay tuned.
I think I overdid the colours in this photo. Probably looks very fake! Plastic even! Nevertheless, you can imagine how fast these twists disappeared from the plate.
