Naruto is getting somewhere with his new jutsu as he notices the difference in technique when making Chidori and Rasengan, as shown by Kakashi. Rasengan only requires shape manipulation where as Chidori also needs Nature! Lightning. Furthermore, Rasengan was made by the 4th Hokagem and if you don’t know already is Naruto’s dad. His intentions were to add an element to Rasengan but even such a strong person was unable to complete it. Now it’s up to Naruto who can make this new jutsu, through the aid of his shadow clones! He can do it as far as I’m concerned.
Elsewhere, Hidan and Kakuzu are exchanging the Chiriku’s body for the bounty. Other teams are heading to the exhange points but only Asuma’s team will meet Akatsuki! The other teams set up traps ready to ambush the ‘coming Akatsuki’.
Asuma’s team made a great entrance. Hidan was caught off guard but it really didn’t matter. Restricted by Shikamaru’s shadow ability, with the other two (I really don’t know their names but they’re awesome) stab Hidan’s vital organs, but to no avail, Hidan’s alive. So basically now it’s just Hidan fighting Asuma’s team since Kakuzu was told to stay out. There’s been difficulty for Asuma and Shikamaru who have been teaming up to take down Hidan. Eventhough it’s 2v1, they’re struggling against the power of Akatsuki. Quickly call for reinforcements I say!
Back to Naruto. His clones are trying very hard! A little hiccup when Kyuubi’s chakra leak out of Naruto, prompting Yamato to seal him up. Quite a scare. And you know Sakura’s soldier pills? It’s about time she tried one for herself and realise it tastes like shit.
Double episode next week. How rare of this. If you missed the passwords for this week, they were ‘A’ ‘Su’ ‘Ma’ ‘To’.
Correction about Mohinder’s ability. Clearly at the start of the episode, and I actually remember from reading spoilers, he has powers that mimic Spiderman. Not that he can spin webs but his senses have improved dramatically.
Massive escape of the highly dangerous Level 5 prisoners! Thanks to Elle who blacked out the security measures. Can’t blame her, Sylar had killed her dad, then he was after her so what could she do! At least she knocked Sylar out.Among the prisoners was a pyrotechnic, magnet controller, sound manipulator and a enhanced strength man! What I still don’t understand is why did Future Peter put Peter into the body of the sound manipulator Jesse Murphy! This explains the yelling of ‘I’m Peter Petrelli’ from last episode, but tell me why!! On the topic of prisoners, they’re out to kill, but what is Peter Petrelli going to do? He’s trapped in the body of Jesse Murphy, he has to pick a side. He’s just following the prisoners but will he rebel?
Another thing that needs to be answered. Tracey Strauss. Does she have the power of turning anything into ice? She owned the reporter with the video tapes of her sexing it with Nathan. I thought she would have super strength but strangely, with the change in personality, she gets a new power? Or is it the reporter that can change forms? All very vague and mysterious!
With Sylar captive, Angela was able to have a chat with her dear son…WHAT!?! I said it. Angela claims that Sylar is her son. So then who’s Sylar’s mum? Is Peter Sylar’s brother? Or is Nathan Sylar’s brother? Are one of them adopted? Many questions being raised up already! I can’t wait to find out more!!
A bit of tension rising between Hiro and Ando. Due to seeing the future, Hiro feels uneasy, unable to trust Ando as much anymore. In the future, Ando clearly is a villain. So are there any clues pointing to this already? Yes! At Daphne’s apartment, Hiro delegates Ando the task of searching for the formula, whilst he sets up a trap. When Daphne returns, Hiro implements his trap of trading, making Daphne trade the formula for her 12th Grade 100m Medal (funny isn’t it). After seeing where she hid it, Hiro was annoyed because he thought Ando looked everywhere. Ando had a very shifty look at this stage. I’m keeping my eyes peeled for more hints. ANDO IS EVIL!
Next episode! I can’t wait!
Trouble as our heroes attempt to stop the evil professor from turning Tokyo into a crisp! Chaos and anarchy has erupted as the professor pretends to be Twenty, proclaiming he will destroy the whole of Tokyo. With Chizuko in the angry mobs, people couldn’t help but notice her, and as a result take their anger upon her. As foolish as these people know, Twenty’s intentions are far from what’s in mind, but nonetheless, Chizuko is forced to seek safety, dodging, running and disabling men.
Twenty escapes with wounds to his arm. He’s still off to stop the professor but prior to that, Akechi has finally found Twenty. Akechi knows all but still wants to take Twenty captive, allowing him go this time but not next time. Ken and the women find the professor and the two dolls, engage in battle but cannot oppress the monsterous powers the dolls bear, allowing them get away.
Police rush onto the scene of the aftermath of the 4th state of water. A red magma cradle is what remains of the destructive power. Meanwhile Koito meets up with Tome and Akine who are desperately searching for Chizuko.
Chizuko does more jumping, running, tight rope walking to get away from the heavily deluded men. She’s on rooftops, being cornered, then forced up and up until she cannot escape anymore. At this point I thought she was screwed, but what we also notice is that the two of three generator towers were ready to turn Tokyo into a crisp. Well out of no where, Ken comes out with the blimp. She’s saved! But will she stop the professor?
Some great suspense this episode held up. It’s a shame how deluded and desperate people become after they hear a bunch of lies. And on top of that, they go all out to capture and hurt Chizuko who’s just a girl! Ah well.
I can’t wait for the next episode. It’s going to be very exciting!
A great start to what was let down by the writer’s strike. The new volume ‘Villains’ has started and we’re taken on the journey which promises to be very bumpy. Everything imagined has gone BAD. Sylar taking Clare’s power, Future Peter shooting Nathan, Future Peter switching places with Peter, Hiro opening up the safe with the secret formula and allowing Daphne to steal it, Hiro goes into the future to find out that the world’s in chaos, especially when he sees himself fighting Ando who seems to have force lightning from STARWARS OH YEA! Sylar’s off to steal the powers of the very dangerous people, who are locked away with HRG, and someone who claims to be Peter Petrelli, but clearly doesn’t look like him. What’s worse is that there have been two signs of the world exploding, one that Matt Parkman sees and one that appears behind Mohinder’s. It’s not looking pretty for our heroes.
What I’m happy to see is that Mohinder has finally found a way to gain a power. It’s a shame that he didn’t have something else other than super strength. Repeating powers isn’t cool, especially when Nikki, maybe I should say Tracey has it also. On the topic of Tracey, she’s busy sexing it up with a governor. We don’t know at this stage if Tracey has any of Nikki’s memories but it’s only a matter of time Tracey and Nathan meet. Linderman is alive, being the one who saved Nathan. Matt Parkman has been teleported to a desert by Future Peter. Mother Petrelli has told Future Peter that he ’screwed it all up,’ and whats she’s said could be true. Imagine if Nathan told everyone about these powers…ahem. ‘I can fly’ Lewl
So the this Volume of Heroes is called ‘Villains’ and from director Tim Kring, we’ve been informed that we’re going to see people take one side or the other. Good or Bad. Simple right? Not simple when you can’t guess who’s taking what side. Future Ando seems to be a villain! Sylar seems to be a villain but rumour says he’s just not doing ‘bad things.’ Future Peter look evil with that huge scar but…guess I’ll have to wait and see.
I’m yet to watch the second episode. I’m totally looking forward to it.
The awakening of Asura, the demon was a shock to everyone! Elka, who assisted in his awakening was shaking as a result of Asura’s madness. Black Star attempted to stop the already new born Asura, with his Soul Wave but did not compare to Asura’s flick of his skin, taking the conscience out of Black Star. Same for Death the Kid, sling the skin went, Death went down bleeding. Things were just getting worse as Asura finally took on his real form, then shooting straight up to the surfaces of Death City. Maka and Soul caught Asura’s tail skin in the nick of time!
Up on the surface of Death City, Blair and Mizune were still fighting it out on ‘who has the hottest bodies?’ Many men watching the gripping and intense, yet horny battle but the shaking of the ground paused it. A comical scene well delivered here! I really liked it! Pop Asura flew out of the ground, with so much speed and power, to strong for Maka’s strength to handle, letting go plunging into the ground.
Shinigami-sama was luckily ready to stop Asura from destroying the city, thanks to the 3D dimensional magic dissapating. It may have been the subs but Free said that his 3D dimensional magic lasts 40minutes. Funny becase we watched around 2hours of Soul Eater from when he casted it until this episode. Anyhow, Shinigami battled it out with Asura. Asura’s real face looks like Death the Kids! Furthermore, the reasoning behind Shinigami’s high and comical voice, as well as his harmless mask was a result of him creating the school. With his old mask, it scared away the little ones. So behind this mask and voice, was the hardcore SHINIGAMI!
Flashy battle between the two power giants. Shinigami seemed to have the upper hand from the beginning but as the black blood slowly worked upon Asura, Shinigami, without a DeathSscythe was no match for Asura, allowing Asura to chip off a block of his mask. Asura then just ran away, leaving Death City in peace.
Back to Stein, he was happily smoking when Medusa(I thought she was dead!) took a final bite out of him before being ‘obliterated’ by Spirit. All the evil is out of Death City. Now it’s time for rebuilding!
What holds for Death City now? Medusa is still alive! More havoc can occur. Next episodes seems to be just a comic relief. Medusa arc over. New opening hopefully!
